Over the past 25 years I worked on both sides of the table.
I've built and led my own business through growth, change and uncertainty and worked alongside hundreds of businesses across Australia. That experience has included advising businesses nationally through Deloitte's delivery of the Australian Government's Entrepreneurs' Programme, working as a Business Advisor in the Australian Government's Industry Growth Program, and partnering with organisations seeking an experienced business advisor, executive coach and facilitator.
These experiences have taught me something I didn't fully appreciate early in my career.
